What are Home Visits?

A home visit is different from just a walk as we will also feed your dog and provide water along with lots of fuss and attention. This service is for dogs who are left alone during the day, for puppies and for older dogs who do not require such a long walk.

What do you do in the case of an emergency?

We will walk your dog at local parks, Woodlands and nature reserves. We can of course street walk your dog if you would prefer, just let us know.

Will you walk my dog off the lead?

Dogs are only walked off lead with express written permission from the owner. We will also keep your dog on lead on initial walks whilst building up a relationship and trust with ourselves.

Are you police checked?

Yes we are both Police CRB checked. Certfiicates available and will be shown at the consultation meeting.

Can I meet you first?

Yes we always have a consultation meeting with you prior to commencing any dog walking or boarding. This meeting is free of charge and there is absolutely no obligation to use our services afterwards. The meeting allows us to meet you and your dog in familiar surroundings and become acquainted.

During the meeting we will show you proof of identification and address, certificates and be able to answer any questions you may have. If you choose to use our services, then we will ask you to complete a contract and pet profile.

What do you do with my keys?

All keys are coded and kept in a storage box. We never put names or addresses on the keys and the codes are kept seperately. If you leave a set of keys on file with us then we are only ever a phone call away should an emergency arise.
