Consultation

We appreciate that entrusting someone else with the care of your dog can be difficult and so we offer a free consultation in the comfort of your own home, where we can meet and become acquainted with you and your dog in familiar surroundings.

At this meeting we will provide proof of identification and address, insurance details and any other information you require. We will be able to discuss any special requirements or specific needs that you or your pet may have, including eating and exercise routines, medication or habits they may have.

If you are happy to employ our services, we will ask you to complete a short contract agreement with details such as emergency contact and veterinarian details and this will be signed by both parties. We will also complete a pet profile specifying details as mentioned above.
